Comparison

Indexync vs BigSeller

Indexync, the simple and intelligent way to run your online stores: it suggests which listings are the same product when you import, and it builds your listings on a new marketplace with the category, attributes and required information filled in. BigSeller is a broader ecommerce operations suite covering 20+ platforms, with warehouse and purchasing modules.

This page is written by Indexync, and every BigSeller fact on it comes from BigSeller's own published documentation.

What is BigSeller, and who is it good for?

BigSeller is an ecommerce operations suite for Southeast Asian sellers. BigSeller publishes support for 20+ platforms and adds warehouse management and purchasing to its listing, stock and order tools, and it is free to start. BigSeller is a good fit for sellers who sell beyond Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Shopify, or who want purchasing and warehouse work inside the same system, and who will spend the time to set up and learn a bigger system.

How does each tool match your existing listings when you import?

Indexync uses smart matching: when you connect a shop, Indexync suggests which listings are the same product across your shops, and every suggestion waits in a review step for you to approve or change before anything is imported. BigSeller matches on exact SKU name, and where no match exists at order time it creates a second inventory item named after the store SKU, so two codes for one product become two stock counts.

How does each tool build your listings on a new marketplace?

Indexync builds the new listings from what you already sell: Indexync suggests the category, fills in the attributes and the required information, and fixes images that do not meet the marketplace's requirements for aspect ratio and size. BigSeller publishes listing tools for each of its 20+ platforms; the documentation checked 26 August 2026 does not describe an automatic build.

How fast does stock update after a sale in each tool?

Indexync works from the marketplace's order push rather than a schedule, so stock updates in real time on Pro and Scale at any stock level, and every five minutes on Free and Lite. BigSeller documents real-time stock push for SKUs with 500 units or fewer available, but a sale only reaches BigSeller when it pulls orders, on a published cycle of up to 30 minutes, so the stock update after a sale waits for that pull.

What makes Indexync different

Four things separate them: how much work setup and daily use take, how deep the stock and profit tools go, how much of the listing work Indexync does for you, and how responsive the team behind the product is. In short: Indexync is simple to run and intelligent in how it does the work.

Simple enough to run without training

Indexync is plug and play: connect your stores, import your products, and you are running in about 15 minutes. There is no setup project, no tutorials to watch and no onboarding course; if you can use a Seller Centre, you can use Indexync. It goes deep on the four daily jobs at its core, listings, inventory, orders and profit, and keeps adding features around them. BigSeller is an operations suite spanning 20+ platforms plus warehouse and purchasing modules, and a bigger system is more to learn before it starts saving you time.

Simple in how the features work, not just how they look

Every Indexync feature is built so the work disappears, not so you get a screen to do the work on. Indexync does the first pass. You review. On Pro and Scale, custom sync rules link stock across different listings: sell one 100g pack and the 50g listing drops by two, and a bundle sells only as many as its scarcest part allows. A safety stock buffer, units you hold back so the marketplaces see fewer than you own, is on every plan. On Pro and Scale, Cross-Channel Analytics shows COGS, net profit and margin per channel and per SKU. Sellers on Indexync get back 10+ hours a week.

Intelligent in how it does the work

Smart matching pairs your existing listings across stores when you import, so you review the matches instead of mapping products by hand. Bulk create builds your listings on a new marketplace with the category, attributes and mandatory fields filled in, so you review and publish instead of retyping each product. Auto image fixing checks your images against each marketplace's requirements and corrects the size or aspect ratio during the sync. BigSeller matches on exact SKU name and publishes listing tools per platform; the documentation checked 26 August 2026 does not describe an automatic build.

A responsive team that builds Indexync with its sellers

Indexync is built in Singapore by the people who answer you. When something is not working, you tell us and we build it better, together.

Set up in 15 minutes

  • Connect your shops. Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify.
  • Import what you sell. Your listings come in from every channel.
  • Review the matches. Approve or change each one; nothing imports until you do.
  • Turn on sync. One stock count and one order queue, from today.

Which seller are you?

If you are using an existing platform

Switching does not mean rebuilding. Connect your shops and Indexync imports your products and listings directly from each marketplace, not from your current tool, and matches the same product across channels with smart matching. Nothing is changed until you approve the matches, and your live listings stay as they are. The 14-day free trial has no limits and needs no card, so you can set up and see the benefits before you commit.

If this is your first tool

If you manage stock in a spreadsheet today and update each shop by hand, you do not need to learn an operations suite to fix that. Connect your shops to Indexync, import your products, and you are running the same day. And when you are ready to sell on a new channel, Indexync builds the new listings automatically, so expanding does not mean retyping your entire catalogue.

Where do the two products differ in scope?

Channels

BigSeller connects 20+ platforms. Indexync connects Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Shopify. If you sell on channels outside those, Indexync does not cover them yet, and we are continuously adding new integrations.

Modules

BigSeller includes warehouse management and procurement. Indexync is built for the growing seller today, so warehouse management is not included yet. It will be added as we grow together with our sellers.

Plans

Both products have a free plan and paid tiers, shaped differently; see what it costs below.

Countries

Indexync works in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines and Vietnam.

  • You run TikTok Shop lives or campaign days where stock moves faster than an 8-hour cycle
  • You want a responsive team that builds Indexync together with its sellers

What does each cost?

Indexync's plans are billed monthly or annually, with free and paid options starting from S$19 a month. Each plan carries a different set of features, so pick the one that suits the stage your shops are at.

Each Indexync plan carries its own allowance: the free plan covers 20 products and 30 orders a month, Pro covers 1,000 orders a month and Scale covers 5,000 orders a month, and above that we build you a custom plan.

BigSeller prices differently: larger allowances per tier, with its higher tiers sold on half-year terms, and a different set of features. Both pricing pages are public, so compare them on the day you decide.

Questions, answered

Yes. Indexync imports your existing listings from each channel directly, so you are not exporting from BigSeller first. Nothing is changed until you approve the matches, and your live listings stay as they are. You can run both tools side by side during the 14-day free trial.
Indexync updates stock in real time at any stock level on Pro and Scale, and every five minutes on Free and Lite, while BigSeller's published documentation, checked 26 August 2026, describes real-time stock push below 500 units, but a sale only reaches it when orders are pulled, on a cycle of up to 30 minutes, so the stock update after a sale waits for that pull. Above 500 units, stock updates on an 8-hour cycle.
Indexync matches your products across channels for you. Listings that differ a lot between channels may not match automatically, and you can match those yourself in Indexync afterwards.
At the entry, usually yes: paid plans start at S$19, and real-time sync on Pro and Scale is included from S$39. BigSeller sells larger allowances per tier, so at very high volume its cost per order can be lower. Compare what you will actually use this year, not the biggest number on the page.
Indexync, on Pro and Scale, where stock updates in real time whatever your stock level. On Free and Lite the update follows the five-minute cycle.
Yes. The 14-day free trial has no limits and needs no card, and the free plan has no time limit.
Yes. The free plan covers 20 SKUs and 30 orders a month with no credit card, and the 14-day free trial has no limits at all.
Indexync supports Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Shopify, the four main channels that Southeast Asian sellers sell on. BigSeller publishes support for 20+ platforms. If you'd like to see a new integration, let us know via email at hello@indexync.com.
Yes. If you sell on platforms beyond Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Shopify, or you need warehouse management or purchasing inside the same system, or you want a more generous free plan and have the time to set up and learn a bigger system, BigSeller is the better fit.
No. Indexync is operations software for four sales channels, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Shopify: listings, automatic inventory sync, one order queue and cross-channel analytics. Accounting and warehouse modules are not covered yet, and we are continuously adding new features around the four jobs. Sellers doing 50 to 3,000 orders a month usually need those four jobs done well rather than a bigger system to learn.
