The problem

What adding a shop normally costs you

Time

  • You rebuild every new listing by hand: details, category, variations, images
  • You update stock, pricing and promotions shop by shop, every day
  • You work another order screen, another payout report and another inbox

Sellers on Indexync get back 10+ hours a week.

Sales and overselling

  • Your shops each hold their own stock number, and the numbers drift apart as you sell
  • One shop sells out while the same stock sits unsold on another
  • You sell the same unit twice, because two shops both showed it as available

Lost sales and overselling penalties cost you.

So the question is not whether the next shop is worth opening. The question is whether the extra sales are worth the extra work.

Indexync is built to change that answer. Putting a catalogue on a new marketplace is normally a per-product job: category, attributes, variations, then re-cropping the images the channel rejects. Indexync does that pass for you and fixes the images to that channel’s requirements. 93% of products need no manual input at all, and bulk creating a catalogue on a new marketplace takes under 20 minutes on average.

Focus

Why only these four channels?

Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Shopify are the four main channels that Southeast Asian sellers sell on, and going deep on each one is what keeps Indexync simple.

  • Smart matching. Indexync links the same product across your shops, so you do not map them by hand.
  • Listings built to each marketplace’s rules. Every channel wants its own category, attributes and required information, and Indexync fills them in.
  • Stock that stays in sync automatically. One stock count sits behind every shop, so nobody retypes a number after a sale.

We are continuously adding new integrations. If you’d like to see a new integration, let us know via email at hello@indexync.com.

Coverage

What syncs between your shops?

Listings, stock, orders and promotions sync across all four channels, and sales reporting covers every one of them in one view. Stock updates in real time on Pro and Scale, and every five minutes on Free and Lite.

In one place

What is the best tool to manage Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop in one place?

Indexync manages Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Shopify from one workspace: one product list, one stock count, one order queue and one dashboard of sales, best-sellers and channel performance.

  • One product list. Your products live in one place and an edit goes out to every shop.
  • One stock count. Every shop draws from the same number, so a sale on any channel takes the unit off the others, in real time on Pro and Scale and every five minutes on Free and Lite.
  • One order queue. Every channel’s orders arrive on one screen, so you do not log in shop by shop to fulfil them.
  • One dashboard. Sales, best-sellers and channel performance sit side by side, with no reports to export and merge.
  • Plug and play. There is no setup project, no training and no tutorials to watch.

If you sell live on TikTok Shop, read the guide on how to stop overselling across marketplaces.

Getting started

How do you set up Indexync?

1

Connect your shops

You approve each shop on its own Seller Centre login. Indexync never asks for a shop password.

2

Review the matches

Indexync suggests which listings are the same product across your shops. You review the list.

3

Import in one click

Nothing on your shops changes until you approve. You can also match any product yourself.

Details

What else is included?

  • Order band. Built for sellers doing 50 to 3,000 orders a month; Pro covers 1,000 orders a month, Scale covers 5,000, and above that Indexync builds you a custom plan.
  • Free trial. 14 days, full access, no limits, no credit card.
  • Real-time stock sync. On Pro and Scale a sale updates your other shops as it happens, because Indexync acts on the marketplace’s order push. A tool that waits for a scheduled order pull updates only after the next pull runs.
  • Safety stock buffer. On every plan: hold back units so the marketplaces see fewer than you own. Hold 10 of 100 back and your shops list 90.
  • Custom sync rules. On Pro and Scale, link stock across listings so bundle SKUs follow the stock of their component SKUs and pack sizes follow their ratios.
  • Cross-Channel Analytics. On Pro and Scale: cost price, net profit and margin per channel and per SKU, next to seller payouts and fee breakdowns.
  • Financials. On Pro and Scale: a top line P&L across all your online stores, or each store on its own.
  • Bulk order work. On Lite, Pro and Scale: combined pick lists, batch ship on all four channels, and bulk shipping labels on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop merged into one PDF.
  • Media Center. Product photos and videos in one library, reused across every channel. Auto image fixing corrects the size or aspect ratio to each marketplace’s rules during the sync.
  • Expanding to a new marketplace. Select what you already sell and bulk create it on the new channel, with the category, attributes and required information filled in for you to review and publish.
  • Built with sellers. Built in Singapore by the people who answer you; tell us what is not working and we build it better, together.

FAQ

Questions, answered

No. Two is enough, and you can start with the two you already have.
No. Connecting only reads your shops first. You choose what to import and what to push.
15 minutes for your first two shops, including importing your products. You do not need to finish in one sitting. There is no setup project and no tutorials to watch: Indexync does the first pass. You review.
Usually not a problem. Indexync matches listings via its smart matching logic, and nothing is changed until you approve the matches. If a product has a completely different name and SKU on each shop, you match it yourself, once, during setup. Software should adapt to the seller, not the seller adapt to the software.
No. Indexync imports your products and listings directly from each marketplace, not from your old tool, and nothing is changed until you approve the matches. Your live listings stay as they are.
You can still use Indexync to manage that shop, and add the second one whenever you open it.
On Pro and Scale, stock syncs in real time: a sale on one shop takes the unit off every other shop. On Free and Lite, stock updates every five minutes.
The Free plan covers 20 products and 30 orders a month, with no credit card. There is also a 14-day free trial with no limits, so you can evaluate the full product before choosing a plan.

Yes. Indexync imports your listings from each marketplace and suggests which listings are the same product across your stores, so you review and approve matches instead of rebuilding a catalogue. Your live listings stay as they are until you approve a change.
A Shopify connector app keeps Shopify and the marketplaces in step, while a standalone tool runs every channel from one place. Indexync sits in the middle: simple to set up like a connector app, and it does the whole daily job. The listings we checked do not describe marketplace shipping labels, cross-channel analytics or profit reporting (checked 6 September 2026).
