Sync Your Prices Across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Shopify

Q: How do I raise all my prices at once?

Use **Bulk Actions → Bulk update listings** on the Products page. Choose Master Product as your target, select the products you want, and type or paste the new prices into the editing table's Price column.

Change a product's price once in Indexync's Master Product tab and it syncs to every connected marketplace listing that's still following that price, so you don't update Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Shopify separately. Want one channel priced differently, for example a promotional price on a single store? Switch that channel to a custom price and it stops following the master. To reprice many products at once, use Bulk Actions → Bulk update listings instead of opening each product.

Applies to: All plans for a single product's price. Bulk Actions needs the Lite plan or higher; on Free, update prices one product at a time using the Edit Product editor below.

Before you start

The product is already in your Indexync catalog and connected to at least one marketplace. See Create a Product and Publish It to Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Shopify if it isn't yet.
You know whether the new price should apply to every store (edit the master) or one store only (override that channel).

Which price change do I need?

Update one price everywhere

Go to Products in the sidebar and click the pencil (edit) icon on the product.
On the Master Product tab, change the Price field, or the price for each variation if the product has sizes or colors.
Click Update Product, then Confirm & Sync in the confirmation window.

Every store still following that price updates at the same time. A store you've already set to a custom price is skipped: its price stays whatever you set it to. See Editing & Updating Products & Listings for the full edit-and-sync flow, including what to do when a sync fails on one store.

Indexync doesn't convert currencies. The number you enter is pushed as-is to every store you sync to. If your connected stores use different marketplace currencies, for example a Singapore Shopee store and an Indonesia Lazada store, override the price on any store that needs a different amount in its own currency.

Set a different price for one channel

Every price is either following the master price or set to its own custom number, one SKU at a time. Following-master prices show in plain text; a custom price shows with a highlight so you can spot it at a glance. Editing the master price later never touches a store you've already given a custom price to.

Open the product and click the tab for the channel you want to price differently.
Click the price for the SKU you want to change and type the new number.
Press Enter or click away to save, then click Update Product and confirm sync for that store.

Example: your master price for the Classic Cotton T-Shirt is $18.00. You want Size M priced higher on Lazada only. Open the Lazada tab, click the Size M price, and type 21.00. Lazada now shows $21.00 while every other connected store, and Size S on Lazada, keep following the $18.00 master price.

To go back to following the master price, clear the custom number and re-enter the master's value, or edit the master price again once the store's number matches it.

Update many prices at once with Bulk Update Listings

On the Products page, open Bulk Actions → Bulk update listings.
Under Select Update Target, choose Master Product to reprice every listing still following the master, or one specific connected store to reprice only that store's listings.
Select the products you want to update.
In the editing table, click a product's Price cell and type the new number, or paste a column of prices copied from a spreadsheet. Drag the fill handle down to copy one price to the rows below it.
Review the changes and click Confirm & Sync.

Choosing Master Product as your target behaves the same way as editing the master price on one product: it updates every listing still following the master, and skips any store you've already given a custom price. Choosing one store instead writes only that store's listings, the same as overriding a single channel tab.

Troubleshooting

My price change didn't reach one channel

Check that channel's price on the product's tab. If it's showing a custom highlight, it's set to its own price on purpose and won't follow a master edit until you clear it. If it's still following master, check the store's connection at Settings → Connections, or open the product and retry the sync.

A product isn't in my Bulk Update editing table

Click View excluded on the banner above the editing table to see why. See Editing & Updating Products & Listings for the full list of exclusion reasons.

Sync failed on one or more stores

Open the failed store's tab and click Update Product again, or use Retry Failed in the Bulk Update review step. See Editing & Updating Products & Listings for common sync-failure causes.

I can't save a price change on one SKU

The SKU is in an active or scheduled promotion on that channel, and Indexync blocks a price change until the promotion is dealt with. You'll see a message naming the SKU and the promotion, for example:

Size M is in an ongoing promotion "Flash Sale" on Lazada. Revert the price change, or end the ongoing promotion first.

Revert the price back to what it was, or remove the SKU from the promotion (end an ongoing one, or take the product out of a scheduled one), then save again. See Why Does Indexync Say My Promotion Conflicts? for the full set of promotion-related sync blocks.

FAQ

Does changing the price in Indexync change it on every marketplace?

Yes, on every store still following the master price. A store you've switched to a custom price keeps its own number; editing the master doesn't overwrite it.

Can one marketplace have a different price than the others?

Yes. Open the product, click that store's tab, click the price for the SKU you want to change, and type a new number. Only that store changes.

How do I raise all my prices at once?

Use Bulk Actions → Bulk update listings on the Products page. Choose Master Product as your target, select the products you want, and type or paste the new prices into the editing table's Price column.

Do prices convert automatically between currencies?

No. Indexync applies the same number on every store you sync to; it doesn't convert between marketplace currencies. If your stores use different currencies, set a custom price on any store that needs a different amount.
