How Do I See and Fix All My Products and Listings in One Place?
Click Products in the sidebar to see every product you sell on one page. Each row shows a product and how many listings it has on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Shopify. A listing is the product's copy on one store. Open a row to check each store's price and stock, and to fix a listing that failed to sync. The Needs Attention tab shows only the products with a problem.
Applies to: All plans. A team member needs the View products and listings role setting to see the page, and Manage products and listings to change anything on it. Seeing stock in the panel that opens under a row, called the quick look below, also needs View stock levels.
Where Do I Find the Page?
The page title reads Products and Listings. The sidebar has no separate Listings link, and an old Listings link or bookmark brings you here.

Each row summarizes one product. Click the arrow beside Edit to Duplicate, Merge or Delete the product. A team member with view-only access sees View in place of Edit. To read the marketplace labels, see What's the Difference Between a Product and a Listing?.
Above the list, Add Product creates a new product, and Bulk Actions opens the bulk tools. The line under the toolbar counts your products and listings. When a filter is on, the listing count ends in Match and counts only the listings that fit.
How Do I Find a Product?
Use the toolbar above the list: Search, Store, Status, More Filters and Sort. Each change applies at once and narrows the list and the counts together. Options with nothing behind them, such as a status no product has or Duplicate SKUs when none repeat, are left out of the menus unless you have ticked them.
- Search products or SKUs: type a product name, any SKU or any option value, such as a size or color. Click the X in the box to clear it.
- Store: choose where a product is or isn't sold. A switch at the top picks Listed On or Not Listed On, and each side keeps its own ticks. Tick a whole marketplace or single stores, and each store shows how many products it holds. No Channels finds products that are on no marketplace yet. Example: tick Shopee under Listed On and Lazada under Not Listed On to find products to add to Lazada.
- Status: the product's own status: Active, Inactive or Draft. Duplicate SKUs sits below them and finds products whose SKUs repeat, so you can fix them.
- Sort: Product Created (Newest), Product Created (Oldest), Name A-Z, Name Z-A or Most Issues First.
Every filter you apply shows as a label under the toolbar. Click its X to remove it. With two or more on, Clear All removes them all.

If nothing matches, the page says so and offers Clear Filters, or Clear Search when the search box has text.
How Do I Filter by Sync Problems, Sync Status or Category?
Click More Filters. A side window opens with four sections. Nothing applies until you click Show, and closing the window another way changes nothing.
- Issues: pick one problem to find: Sync errors, Marketplace policy violation, Product mismatch, Inventory errors, Parent Bundle or Failed stock updates. All issues turns it off. Each shows how many listings it covers.
- Sync Status: Synced, Imported, Error or Not Synced. Tick as many as you like.
- Listing Status: Active, Inactive or Draft for the store listings. This is different from Status in the toolbar, which is the product's own status. Draft only appears when you have a draft listing.
- Category: pick a marketplace first, then search and tick the categories you want.

The Show button carries the number of products your choices would show. Clear All resets the four sections.
How Do I Find What Needs Fixing?
Click the Needs Attention tab. The red number on it counts the issues across your listings, and a listing with two issues counts twice. The tab lists only the products that have an issue and opens sorted by Most Issues First. Leaving the tab brings back your own sort. You can still search, filter and sort on it.
On a computer, every row opens by itself on the store that has the error, with the error in a red box and a Fix link. Click a row's arrow to close it. On a phone, each card shows one line of the error under the product's name, and tapping the card opens the same view.

To repair a failed listing, follow How Do I Fix a Failed Listing? in the listing guide.
What Does the Quick Look Show?
The quick look is the panel that opens under a product. Click anywhere on a row except a button or switch, or click its arrow at the left, and the panel opens. You can open several rows at once.
At the top, a row of buttons chooses what to look at. Master Values is the product itself. Each store has its own button with its marketplace icon. Hover over an icon to see the store's name. A red number on a store means it has issues.
Master Values compares one value across all your stores, one row per SKU:
- Price, Stock, Status: buttons switch which value the table compares. Stock appears only for team members who can view stock levels.
- Same as Master and Custom: on the Price view, a store's price follows the master unless it shows in green as Custom, which means that store has its own price that stays put when you change the master. Hover over the small i beside each word in the key for the meaning.
- Search SKUs: type a name or a SKU to cut a long list down. A count under it says how many SKUs match. Without a search, the first 10 SKUs show, then Show All SKUs.

Stock shows the available quantity per SKU. A SKU whose stock is shared across stores shows Shared Inventory with the store icons. A SKU with a per-store allocation shows each store's number. The pencil beside a number edits the quantity, for team members who can manage stock levels. Open in Inventory goes to the Inventory page.
A store's button opens that store's view, with the listing's controls and a table of its SKUs. A store with no listing for the product shows "Not listed" in the Master Values table. To change a listing, see Manage Your Product Listings Across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Shopify.
How Does the Page Work on a Phone?
The same page shows one card per product, with its marketplace labels. The word Inactive or Draft shows on a card only when the product is off or a draft.
- Search, Filters and Sort: the search box sits on top, with Filters and Sort beside each other below it. Filters opens one sheet with Store, Status and everything that More Filters holds on a computer. A number on the button counts the filters that are on.
- Open a product: tap a card. A sheet slides up with the product's name, its status switch, the store buttons, the Price, Stock and Status buttons, and Search SKUs.
- Edit and the menu: Edit at the bottom of the sheet opens the product editor. The three dots beside it open Duplicate, Merge and Delete.

Troubleshooting
Why Is the Toolbar Greyed Out While the Page Loads?
Indexync is still loading your whole catalog. The toolbar and counts wait so a filter never shows a wrong number. Wait until the loading line under the toolbar turns into your product and listing counts, then filter.
Why Won't My Products Load?
When the list fails to load, the page offers Try Again. Click it. If it fails again, check your connection, then email hello@indexync.com.
I See a Section Called Listings Without a Product
It appears under the list when a listing has no product in your catalog, for example after its product was deleted. These listings can't be edited from here. You can still use Options on one to delete it.
A Store I Expected Isn't in the Store Menu
The menu leaves out a store that holds no products, unless it's ticked. Add a product to that store and it appears.
FAQ
Where Did the Listings Page Go?
Its job moved into this page. Open a product's quick look, pick a store, and the listing's switch, Edit and Options are there.
What Is the Difference Between Status and Listing Status?
Status in the toolbar is the product's own status. Listing Status under More Filters is the status of its store listings. A product can be Active while one of its listings is Inactive.
What Does the Number on Needs Attention Mean?
It counts issues, not products, so it can be larger than the number of products in the tab.
Can I Edit One Store Without Changing the Product?
Yes. Pick the store in the quick look and click Edit. That store's listing changes and the master product does not. To change the master product, click Edit on the product's row.
Can a Team Member With View-Only Access Use the Page?
Yes, they can search, filter, sort and open the quick look. They see View in place of Edit, and Edit, Fix, Options and the status switches are locked.
