Where Do I Find My Invoice or Receipt?
Every successful paid charge sends you an email with two PDFs attached: an invoice and a receipt. There is no in-app page to download them from. Your email is the record. Search your inbox for "Invoice" to find any past payment.
Applies to: Users billed directly through Indexync (Airwallex). Shopify-billed users see their charges on their Shopify bill instead: see Differences Between Airwallex and Shopify Billing below.
How Invoices and Receipts Are Delivered
After every successful payment, you get an email at the address on your account with two PDFs attached:
invoice-INV-XXXXXXXX.pdf: your invoice for the charge.receipt-RCP-XXXXXXXX.pdf: your receipt confirming payment.
The subject line reads "✅ Payment Received - Invoice #INV-XXXXXXXX".

There's no Billing History page inside Indexync to download these from again. Keep the email; the attachments don't expire.
What's on the Invoice
The invoice is your formal billing record for the charge. Use the INV-* number when contacting support about a specific payment.

If a referral discount, store credit, or an Extra Orders charge applied to the billing period, it appears as its own line above the total.
What's on the Receipt
The receipt confirms the payment was captured. It carries the payment method, not the billing period.

Differences Between Airwallex and Shopify Billing
Your billing method depends on how you signed up.
- Signed up directly at indexync.com: you get the invoice and receipt emails described above.
- Installed through the Shopify App Store: your Indexync charges show up as line items on your Shopify bill instead. Indexync doesn't issue separate PDF invoices for Shopify-billed accounts.
Example: Min installed Indexync through the Shopify App Store. She never receives an Indexync invoice email. Her Indexync charges show up as line items on her Shopify bill instead, under Shopify Admin's own Billing section.

Troubleshooting
I didn't get the confirmation email. Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, email hello@indexync.com with your payment date and account email so we can resend the invoice and receipt from our records. Adding hello@indexync.com to your contacts prevents future misses.
I expected an invoice but didn't get one. Two common cases:
- The charge was SGD 0. Free trial months and fully-discounted plan changes don't generate an invoice or receipt, since no money changed hands.
- The payment failed and is being retried. A failed payment sends a failure notice, not a confirmation. The invoice and receipt arrive once the payment succeeds. See Payment Methods & Troubleshooting.
Example: Alex redeems a full-coupon plan change that brings the charge to SGD 0. No invoice or receipt email arrives for that change, because no money changed hands. The next real charge generates documents as normal.
FAQ
Where do I download my invoice from inside Indexync?
You don't: there's no in-app Billing History page. Your invoice and receipt arrive as PDF attachments in your payment confirmation email, and that email is the permanent record.
What's the difference between the invoice and the receipt?
The invoice is the formal billing document for the charge, covering the billing period it applies to. The receipt confirms the payment was captured and shows the card used. They're cross-referenced on each other.
I never got a payment confirmation email. What do I do?
Check spam first, then email hello@indexync.com with your payment date and account email so support can resend both PDFs from our records.
Can I get a GST or VAT number on my invoice?
Indexync isn't currently GST-registered, so no GST number appears on the invoice. Contact support if your finance team needs written confirmation of that status.
Why didn't I get an invoice for this month?
Either the charge was SGD 0 (a free month or full-coupon change generates no documents) or the payment failed and is still being retried. A failed payment sends a failure notice instead, and the invoice arrives once it succeeds.
