How Do I Get More SKUs Without Upgrading My Plan?
You can get more SKUs without upgrading by adding SKU packs to your current plan: open Billing from your profile menu and click Add SKU Packs in the Add-Ons section. Each pack adds 250 SKUs to your limit for SGD 5 a month, and a SKU is one sellable item, such as a single size and colour. A seller on the PRO plan (SGD 39 a month, 1,500 SKUs) with 1,640 SKUs is 140 over. One pack brings the bill to SGD 44 a month, against SGD 99 for the SCALE plan.
Applies to: Available on LITE, PRO and SCALE. Only the workspace owner can add or remove packs (team members see a note asking them to contact the owner). Packs are not available on FREE or during a free trial. The Add-Ons section also holds Extra Orders, which is a separate add-on for orders and is not covered here.
How Much Does a SKU Pack Cost?
The table shows your limit and your monthly bill with one pack.
You can add as many SKU packs as you need.
Example: Alex runs Woodfield Basics on PRO (SGD 39 a month, 1,500 SKUs) and now has 1,640 SKUs. That is 140 over the limit. Alex adds one pack: the limit becomes 1,750 and the bill becomes SGD 44 a month. Moving up to SCALE would cost SGD 99 a month.
How Do I Add SKU Packs?
- Open Billing from your profile menu.
- Find the Add-Ons section and click Add SKU Packs. If you already hold packs, the button reads Change.
- Use the counter to choose how many packs you want in total. The SKU Limit tile shows your new limit.
- Check Due Today, then click the confirm button, which reads Add 1 Pack or the number you chose.

If store credit covers part of the charge, a Store credit applied line sits above Due Today and the amount due is the part left for your card. The screenshot shows SGD 0.50 of credit applied.
Example: Alex adds one pack with about half the time to the next pack charge left, so Due Today is about SGD 2.50 instead of SGD 5.00.
What Do I Pay Today, and What Happens Every Month After?
You pay today only for the days left until your next pack charge, and from then on you pay the full pack price every month. How the monthly charge reaches you depends on how you are billed.
Each pack appears on your invoice and receipt as a line such as SKU Pack × 3. Invoices and Receipts explains where to find them.
What Happens When I Hit My SKU Limit?
When an action would put you over your limit, such as an import or adding SKUs, a SKU Limit Exceeded window opens and offers the fewest packs that cover that action. Indexync puts the cheaper option first: Add 1 Pack leads when your plan plus the packs you need costs less per month than the next plan up, and Upgrade Plan leads when it does not.

If you are billed through Shopify, the window shows Add Packs in Billing, which opens the SKU Packs window with the number filled in. A team member sees the same numbers and a note asking them to contact the workspace owner.
Example: Alex tries to import 200 SKUs while at 1,500 of 1,500. The SKU Limit Exceeded window opens with Add 1 Pack as the main button, because one pack costs less than moving to SCALE.
Can I Add Packs When I Upgrade, Switch Billing Cycle or Start My Plan?
Yes. The plan change screen shows the same pack counter when you upgrade, switch billing cycle, or move to a lower paid plan that takes packs. It starts at the fewest packs your SKU count needs on the new plan. Lowering the count during an upgrade or cycle switch removes those packs at once and credits their unused days. See How to Upgrade Your Plan for the steps. At trial checkout, the checkout opens with the cheapest mix of plan and packs that fits your SKU count, marked as recommended, and your packs start with the paid plan, not during the trial.
With a scheduled downgrade, packs for the lower plan are billed from the downgrade date. See How to Downgrade Your Plan.
How Do I Remove SKU Packs?
Click Change in the Add-Ons section, lower the counter, and confirm. Removing packs charges and refunds nothing now, and your SKU limit stays the same until the end of the month you already paid for. The Add-Ons section shows the waiting change with a Cancel Change button.

You cannot go below the number of packs your SKUs need, so delete SKUs first if you want fewer packs. While a change is waiting, adding SKUs is checked against the lower limit that starts on its date:
- A removal is waiting: the SKU Limit Exceeded window offers a button that keeps your current packs, such as Keep 2 Packs.
- A downgrade to a smaller paid plan is waiting: the window offers Change Plan in Billing. A scheduled cancellation or downgrade to FREE does not lower the limit early.
If you are billed through Shopify, a removal applies at your next billing date, and a pack change is blocked while a plan downgrade is waiting.
Example: Alex has 2 packs and 1,700 SKUs, so 1 pack is the fewest that covers them. Alex clicks Change, lowers the counter to 1 and confirms. Nothing is charged, the SKU limit stays at 2,000 until the end of the month Alex already paid for, and the Add-Ons row shows the pending change from 2 packs to 1 pack with Cancel Change beside it.
Troubleshooting
My pack payment failed. You see a notice on the Billing page and get an email; use Fix Payment or Update Card to go to Billing, and see Payment Methods and Troubleshooting for card problems. More packs cannot be added until the failed charge is paid, your plan is not affected, and your packs stay active for now.
- If payment fails continuously: your packs are removed and your SKU limit drops back to your plan's limit. You can add packs again at any time.
I cannot add packs because my plan payment is overdue. Pay your plan first, then add the packs.
I see an error about a pack purchase in progress. Another payment on your account is still being processed. Try again in a few minutes.
My store credit balance changed while the window was open. The window keeps the packs you chose and shows the new price. Check the new amount, then confirm again.
The price won't load. The window says it couldn't load the price. Use Reload Price to try again.
My card was charged but my packs did not arrive. Contact support and they will add the packs.
I cannot add packs while switching to annual billing. If the switch adds store credit to your account and the packs would still need a card payment, Indexync refuses them on that switch. Switch to annual first, then add the packs.
FAQ
Can I add packs on the FREE plan or during my free trial?
No. Packs are available on LITE, PRO and SCALE. If you paid for a plan during your trial, its packs start with the plan, and the Add-Ons section shows the date.
What happens to my packs if I downgrade or cancel?
On a downgrade to a lower paid plan, the plan screen asks how many packs you want. If you move to FREE, the pack charge stops and the extra SKUs no longer count.
